Terms of Service

Last updated: March 8, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Rasdio services. They set out rights, responsibilities, restrictions, and legal protections for both users and Rasdio Limited.

Section 01

Acceptance and Applicability

These Terms of Service apply between you and Rasdio Limited for access to rasdio.co.uk and any related services, features, or subdomains unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

By accessing or using the services, creating an account, or submitting content, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

Section 02

Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms, "Services" means the online facilities, tools, and information made available by Rasdio. "User" means any non-employee third party using those services. "Content" includes all text, images, audio, video, data, and software submitted, uploaded, scheduled, or otherwise made available through Rasdio.

References to laws include amendments and successor legislation. Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation.

Unless context requires otherwise, singular includes plural and references to one gender include all genders.

Section 03

Eligibility, Accounts, and Security

You confirm that you have authority to accept these terms and use the services. Information supplied to Rasdio must be accurate and kept up to date.

  • You are responsible for account credentials and account activity.
  • You must promptly notify Rasdio of any suspected unauthorised access.
  • Rasdio may suspend access while investigating suspected misuse or security issues.

Where investigation confirms misuse, Rasdio may remove access and take additional action reasonably necessary to protect users and systems.

Section 04

Service Availability and Acceptable Use

Rasdio aims to provide reliable services, but availability is not guaranteed. Services may change, be interrupted, or be suspended for maintenance, technical reasons, legal reasons, or operational improvements.

You must use the service lawfully and must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or bypass access controls.
  • Use the service to disrupt networks, systems, or other users.
  • Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the service without permission.
  • Transmit malware, malicious code, or unauthorised mass communication.

Section 05

User Content and Conduct Rules

You are responsible for the content you submit. You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to submit and use that content through Rasdio.

  • Content must not be unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or violent.
  • Content must not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
  • Content must not include prohibited special category data unless explicitly authorised and lawful.

Rasdio may review, flag, filter, or remove content that breaches these terms and may suspend or terminate associated accounts.

Section 06

Intellectual Property and Licence

Unless stated otherwise, Rasdio and its licensors own all rights in the website and service materials, including design, branding, software, code, media, and databases.

By submitting content, you grant Rasdio a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and reformat that content as needed to operate and improve the services.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Rasdio intellectual property to users.

Section 07

Fundraising and Third-Party Links

Rasdio supports charitable fundraising and may feature links or references to external charities, platforms, sponsors, or partner websites.

Unless explicitly stated, external websites are independent from Rasdio, and Rasdio is not responsible for their content, policies, operations, or security.

Where donations are made directly to third-party charities or processors, those transactions are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

Section 08

Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnity

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rasdio disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

Rasdio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the services, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

You agree to indemnify Rasdio against claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

Section 09

Suspension, Termination, and Changes

Rasdio may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational integrity, or material breach of these terms.

We may update features, workflows, and policies over time. Where material updates to these terms are made, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice.

Continued use of Rasdio after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of revised terms, except where law requires a different process.

Section 10

Data Protection, Governing Law, and Contact

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Rasdio will implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and support rights processes in line with applicable data protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
