About Lauren Day
Lauren Day is the real life sister of founder Peter Day and has a hand in Rasdio since 2008.
From 2019, owing to a move in location for Rasdio, Lauren was once again able to throw herself and her talents into the ring to help with the show, supporting Mind having experience of mental health difficulties and the damage they can cause within herself and with her friends.
Because of this background Lauren used it to apply the passion for what she believes in directly into the show and supporting Mind who ultimately won out thanks to her devotion to supporting the charity and raising awareness.
This year Lauren is taking a backseat role and whilst not presenting will be helping behind the scenes at the event to ensure everything goes smoothly. It's thanks to her hard work and dedication spanning 13 years that Rasdio is what it is today and for that she is a vital component.
